Major AI upgrade and orb purging fix. Orbs should no longer sit in your board and bloc your view after supposedly being removed from the game.

Fixes

• Orbs that aren't registered to a board and aren't active attack are now purged every second.
• This comes in addition to orb deletion changes that allow orbs not in a board to be removed.

Tweaks

• Bots now use heatmaps for all actions instead of simple pattern matching.
• Maybe heatmaps + depth is an option to further improve the bots, but they are pretty good now.
• There is now a setting to adjust bot input speed!
